About me

Hi! I'm Erin Van Schyndle.

A mom, a runner, and a coach.

I started working in prenatal and postpartum fitness in 2011 and absolutely fell in love with it. I even went on to get certified as a doula and support a few births. With all that experience under my belt, I thought my own pregnancies and postpartum recoveries would be relatively straightforward. Boy, was I wrong. Even with two active pregnancies and a lot of knowledge and support, I really struggled to get back to running and learned a lot of hard lessons along the way.
